Memories: Places from Wings of Desire - the Library.
More than a week of illness. Just views from the window ... or memories.
Exactly a year ago, on the 4th of November 2019 I visited a library from my favorite film - Wings of Desire (Der Himmel über Berlin) by Wim Wenders.
Poems. City. Town. Country. Nature. Landscape and its history. Beaver swamps. Water. Music. All kinds of art. Soundhunting. Exploring. Curiousity. Joy. Dreams.

I discovered Project 365...
Memories! Your capture depicts the place so well and transports me back in time. I started 365 during the time I was living in Berlin and I had a fellowship so I could study at the library every day: http://365project.org/jyokota/365/2013-04-02
@jyokota Oh, you were lucky, every day in this amazing library! I only spent one day there during my trip to Berlin last year. The main reason for my visit was to look for certain books, but I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this library and the connection with my favorite film. And it was there exactly as you describe in your post - the library full of people who are studiyng impressively quietly without making a sound.
And one more thing: I love coincidenses and after I looked at your photo from the library, I clicked on the previous photo and what a surprise - Komische Oper Berlin! My post from the 2nd of November 2020 is...Komische Oper Berlin http://365project.org/kclaire/365/2020-11-02 .
I miss Berlin.
And also -- I wanted to tell you that every time I return to this photo I am impressed with your capture of the lighting because mine, taken in year one of 365, is overly bright and a bit too yellow.
