Today we took a bus trip from Paris to Normandy to see the D-Day sights. It was humbling, sad, educational and breathtaking all at once. We were in a German bunker and this bunch of Belgan men came in dressed in authentic costumes. They were happy to pose although they were just visitors themselves who, like many, were dressed for the occasion.
