All I have to say is: what a day!! I'm just getting home now (it is 6:30) and I was suppose to be home by 12:30.

@katrinacristy No, I heard way more office politics than I wanted today. Enough to concern me but not enough to let me know whether the concerns are reasonable. I had a student visit my office hours and claim that the reason he got a C on a paper instead of an A was because of political disagreements when the paper actually deserved less than a C.

@robv Yes, this is inside my complex!! I did get caught by students. Either not happy with their rough drafts for their paper, not happy with test scores, or wanting advice on papers.
