Kinda freaky. The pet hotel we use has one of these as a lobby pet. I think it weighs a couple hundred pounds. It wanders around the lobby and seems to enjoy the comings and goings. The dogs and cats pay it little mind. One day, somehow, it got out the door when no one was looking. It was gone a couple days IIRC, but recovered. To assist relocation in potential, future such events, it was fitted with a GPS locator that is glued to the top of it's shell. Strange got stranger.
