Great shot. I've that some people change the DOF and stack the shots to get more in focus because of the extremely shallow DOF when doing macros.

I would like to do something like this as some point. I bought some cheap macro tubes off of Amazon for my Nikon D3100. I couldn't get it to work. I think it was because the tubes didn't pass the f-stop information to open the iris.
