Some interesting seaweed covered rocks in the foreground. The image is a little dark and may benefit from lightening it a tad. Also I would suggest you crop half the sky off, as being bland adds nothing to the image. One of the rules of composition is that you try to put things on the thirds. In this instant you have placed the horizon mid centre. All these are issues are easily remedied and then you will have a super image! Once again I hope you don't mind my critique?
