1. Meeting an old colleague. It's always refreshing to see where they are now.
2. Being in a position to be able to provide a helping hand to an extended family member.
3. Receiving written confirmation that a long standing and complex issue has been resolved after 7 years. The relief is immense and so welcomed. Now our family can begin to really look to the future, without constantly being reminded of the past.
4. New beginnings and the ability to look towards the future.
