I can't guarantee that this is my last Hawk Quest picture. I took so many that the series could go on for weeks! :-) This little guy is such an interesting character with his heart-shaped face. The handler says that the raised feather ring around his face helps to concentrate sound when he is hunting. The handlers were all very knowledgeable about their special charges and eager to answer questions. I learned a great deal along with getting some up close and personal shots.
