nice portrait, I know the feeling, so much to do you end up sitting staring at it all rather than doing.

Beautiful! Love the lighting and the super clean room. My kids rooms and playroom are the messiest places on earth.

This is fantastic. I love everything about it...the moment, the colours of the shelves, books shoes...fav.

Love her pose. I'm still in love with the shelf, too. You inspire me to become more creative (and resourceful). Isn't it great to have too much time?

Very pretty. Composition is beautiful and love to see all the bright colors blending in.

Fantastic capture! I love the way you capture your girls going about normal activities! As soon as I get near my boys with the camera, they either run away or give me very cheesy grins, which are cute and all, but not 'natural' like this. Love your processing too, the tones are brilliant!

With the way the LB is sitting her shoes look almost too big for her. The light is great and the expression on her face says it all.

@chewyteeth - thanks, dave! Yes...this seems to be the mantra for our summer this year.

@2sweetladybugs - thank you! If you could see the opposite side of her room you'd see a BIG mess too. :)

@beachradish @nyusha @bardejov @nicolecampbell - thanks so much! I love those chucks, but she doesn't wear them often. :(

@amyjriker - awww...thank you, Amy! Looking at your photos you seem to be very creative and resourceful yourself. That bunkhouse ROCKS!

@aleksandra - what a sweet, sweet comment! You made my day! This one used to run away or cover her face. But now she just goes about her business. They both know that I don't want them to stop or pose so they just kind of ignore me. I have tried to shoot some friends' children when they're with us and I get the cheesy grins all the time. I feel badly but when they do that I usually don't even snap the shutter.
