Giving it everything

The last event of the day for my son was the 600m. He went out strong and held the lead until right at the end where he was overtaken in the last few metres. Here he was trying so hard to hold his lead, but just after the photo was taken he was overtaken. It was a super fun day filled with lots of highs, a few lows, and a few good life lessons.
