It took a while to wait for the bridge to stop swinging. My husband seems to enjoy stomping and swinging any swing bridge I venture across! No wonder I have this fear - but I conquered it today and was rewarded with this opportunity. The river is very low due to the drought - - but it is finally raining today as I post this series of leading lines. I'm going to take the credit as I left my washing on the clothesline overnight. Needless to see it is now well rinsed!
