The calmness of colour

Way back in January 2019 I pondered whether to vent in my IMHO journal or to colour myself calm. I found myself choosing to colour alongside and with my grandkids. This is a joint effort with my 7 year old granddaughter Eleanor. The 'colour me calm' book is now a new family tradition I share with my grandchildren whenever I spend precious time with them. A new year resolution is to continue this tradition. I have a new project in the planning stage too - I am very good at getting started so another resolution is to actually finish the next challenge I set myself. Who else is an expert procrastinator?
What a lovely tradition. Good luck with your new project.

Both these look like good exercises. Unfortunately I also am very good (bad) at procrastination!

@chikadnz heehee - welcome to the club - I love this quote though...

@huvesaker I'm beginning to understand and believe that now even though many years teaching in early childhood education had me believe it was limiting for children's own creativity. Its very calming these days.
