The fires have burst out of control again with the shocking conditions today of temperatures nearing 40 and winds gusting up to 90km.
So far we are safe here, but everyone have emergency bags packed regardless of where fires are as things are changeable in a heartbeat.
Please forgive not much commenting from me, I am just exhausted from the stress and my brain is not functioning well.
Look after yourself and those around you. It is devistating watching the news and seeing what is happening. My prayers are with you and everyone else affected, including the wildlife and animals in the areas on fire.
Don't worry about commenting, just focus on staying safe. Although the fires aren't close to us at the moment we are still choking in the smoke travelling down the coast
It’s hard for us hearing about what’s going on over in your part of the world and not able to do anything to help. I feel bad when I complain about all the rain we’ve been getting and I truly wish we could send some your way. Stay safe KG, my thoughts are with you and your koalas.

And we complain about all the rain and flooding this summer and now we have winter weather with lots of snow. wish we could send some of that moisture to you. So sorry about your conditions over where you are. you not only have to worry about yourself and your family but also your extended family your koalas. hope and pray you all stay safe.
