photographing koalas is not as easy as it may look - Hugo was about 35 m from the ground and oblivious to the world.

@olivetreeann pure persistence! I deliberately cover the entire property every day searching for them so I can record information about the koala colony here. If I were not carefully searching I would probably rarely see one at all 😊 Being on the quad bike really helps as I go very slowly and I know the tracks well and if I think I missed something it's no problem to loop back around again. But yeah, sometimes they blend in so well it's a wonder I find them 🤣
