Swifty in the kindy. I will have a few more photos of them in the next few days, but they have moved over to a soft release sight today.
They all put on weight and body condition while here, so that's fantastic.

@seacreature that is a numbered ear tag. by law, all koalas that are rehabilitated by the licensed organisation I partner with must tag every koala before release (they are also microchipped). that is what Bullet ripped out of his ear after I had to take him into care after the dog bite in 2018

@koalagardens Oh thanks. Very interesting. I certainly didn't realise that there would be laws surrounding rehabilitation of koalas and release back into the wild. Just shows how ignorant I am
