Swamp wallabies are a lot smaller than kangaroos and have quite dark colouring. This swampy is on my property pretty much every day.

Rick they are wild, which does not mean agressive, but I would never be able to approach him as he would flee - in fact I see him all the time but rarely get photos as he flees on sight usually
Rachel yes indeed I think they are very different to kangaroos in spite of both being macropods :)
Sam I'd so love to have some kind of exhaustive assessment done as yes I have an incredible variety - I have the habitat for 14 different endangered species alone, let alone the non endangered ones like swampy and lorikeets :)
