@beryl this is a native sedge and I do have a lot of it - both growing wild and I have planted a lot. This is the most common sedge used for basket weaving. it helps to have about 1.5 acres of gardens too ;)

This is such a nice effect - I wish i had an "oil filter" - my old program only runs to watercolour. :)
