I am an aspiring artist and restaurateur.... My favorite medium is charcoal. Well I guess that isn't entirely true, food is my favorite medium I love to cook and make dishes look almost too go to eat. I've never really taken pictures before but my girlfriend @Kristina Dutson is a photographer and I have learned a lot from her. Project 365 is a great idea and I am sure I will learn a great deal from posting everyday.
