Not sure of the species of tree, but these are blooming all over Hong Kong at the moment. There is a stupendous tree of this type in front of the American Club which I drive by every day on my way to work. What a riot of color!
I love this photo even though it's slightly out of focus. The limbs in the middle draw my eye. (This particular tree resides in the middle school above the amphitheater.)
