Lake Allatoona is 11 feet above full pool and many areas are flooded including this part of Red Top Mountain State Park. Bethany Bridge is just in front of the mountain in the background and with the high lake levels I don't think you could safely take a boat underneath it... maybe a kayak could navigate it... not sure. There is a lot debris floating around. Similar flooding happened last year as well.
