The Wade's auto scrapyard in Alto, Georgia has junked buses that form the barrier for their used parts business. The Wade family was approached by Nick Morris who proposed that his art group "Crispy Printz" be allowed to paint murals on all of the buses and according to the GEMC Georgia magazine March 2020, p. 25) this is how the School Bus Graveyard was born.
