2015 08 03 No Neighbours

A drive out to Rooi Els today. Taken through the restaurant window (hence the slight reflection) but it was turning cold and very windy. No way was I standing out there to try to get a shot.

We usually head for the Drummond Arms pub when we're there but today we tried the "Something Els" slightly more upmarket restaurant and what a good choice it was! We will definitely be back! Their burgers are definitely worth the drive!
Lovely capture; looks cold though

Fabulous composition with the house on the hill and the clouds wafting across the face of the mountain to give it a very wintery look!

It looks wild and desolate here - no garden around the house but plenty of space!

Love the pov and scene! Looks rustic and beautiful. I love a good burger..but the drive might be just a bit too far for me.!

Lovely composition: I like the V formed by the bushes below, cradling the hut and mountain.

@salza well worth the stop, Sally - especially if you like burgers, topped with guacamole and cheese!
