Very nice capture :) The HDR is stands for High Dynamic Range Imaging - It allows greater dynamic range between the darkest and lightest part of the photo than the standard digital imaging technics/methods.
@linseyt Thanks for the info. I just saw it as one of my presets and thought it was kind of cool. I've only used it a couple of times as I find it kind of distorts pictures and I usually like my images to look natural.

There's a banana, natural yogourt, protein powder, blueberries (that's what makes it look purple) and then frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries & blackberries). Delciious!!
