Rapids Tour

My parents, kids and a few friends went on a five hour Ocean Rapids tour today. It was the best $99 +tax I've spent in a LONG time. We drove all over the place and saw so much but the highlight were these rapids. It was a category 5 tide. The skipper dropped me off on the rocks in this photo http://365project.org/kwind/extra-shots/2014-07-13 and I took pics while they went through 4 waves. Then I got back on and went through twice. We got completely soaked. I have no idea how the boat remained floating. There was so much water. My 74 year dad is in the back seat and my mom and two kids in the second to back row.

what a cool experience! this is an awesome capture... how did you keep your camera dry?

@northy The driver had a water proof bag that we put all our stuff in and he kept in the sheltered area in the back.
