Santa Monica Pier

I almost forgot to post... a bit of a crazy day. I won't bore you with the details but I'm going to bed now! Another California shot for you. I was hoping for some dramatic sunsets but they were kind of dull and colourless when we were there. I shot this handheld so it's not as clear as I'd like.

Wonderful shot!! I find it so difficult to get those perfect shots when I am traveling....it is hard to know the perfect vantage point, the weather and skies have to cooperate, and everybody has their own agenda to wait around until that perfect moment arrives.....you did great on a handheld! Don't you wish that Ferris Wheel was moving so that you could get some light trails?
