What a crazy wildlife day! I witnessed an eagle SWIM butterfly stroke while carrying what we think is a giant jellyfish. I've never seen anything like it! It must have been too heavy to carry to he swam instead. Unfortunately by the time I ran for the camera I missed the swimming part. He started to enjoy his catch when another eagle swooped down and took over. I got a bunch of shots and went to check them out on the computer. A few minutes later, I look out the computer room window and I see several birds flying around. There were now 7 eagles eating the jellyfish. This shot shows 6 of the birds (young and old) and the 7th was flying overhead.
