I have been trying to get a view from my home for ages without all those electric and telephone wires that ruin our pictures. On my walk around the village I finally found a place where I could get that clear view.
The hills and woods are used by many walkers with easy access from a road that runs just behind. The views are spectacular across the valleys to the River Seven beyond and there are several benches to sit and enjoy the vista, you may just be able to see one. You can tell the fir trees from the barren Summer varieties. This is so much better with the dark surround if you have time.
