Another from yesterdays walk in the park and at one time I was surrounded by squirrels, all doing things that squirrels do best. They seem quite used to the public walking around as long as they don't get within a few arms length, and are not shy of the camera.
I spotted this one feeding at the base of a tree but didn't realise what it was eating until I had downloaded the picture to my PC and had a closer look. I think it must have had enough of nuts every day, prefering this sandwich discarded by someone having lunch in the park. I'm guessing this was from the supermarket across the road.
Whatever next, toast and marmalade for breakfast and a scrambled bird's egg for supper. Thank you all for your comments and FAV's yesterday. It really is best viewed with the dark surround.
