How many of us older people feel that days and months seem to be passing much quicker than when we were younger. In fact I'm sure I've only just turn 50 but that was years ago now. Perhaps it's more a case of thinking life is getting shorter which never came to mind in my youth.
Well this lucky man has had his life remembered in time with this large memorial clock built into a village hall. "Woolly" must have been well respected and contributed to the village in some way, I will have to find out more about him, At least his name ticks on and is lit up with several fairy lights at night.
Time definitely flies when you are having fun but at the moment, it seems to be standing still for me as I wait patiently for the next 21 days to pass so that hopefully my foot will be healed and I can go walking and driving again! Nice image Heather
