Year after year on Valentines Day I've waited next to my letter box to catch all those cards that have been sent to me. Sadly nothing ever comes through for me.
This year I waited hours in the porch hoping that something would come. Then I realised it was Sunday and I expect the postman went to church rather than deliver my Special Valentine card. (Do you believe me or is this one of my tall stories)
Fortunately the day before I did receive a Special Valentine Card, but this was from Ruby the donkey who I have sponsored at the Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary in Devon. Ruby is in the picture top left.
Now at my age I will take any Valentine card as my love, but don't think I'm trying to make an ASS of myself.
