Little Bubble in the Sky
You fly so slow, but also high
I often wonder where you go
Or is your flight just for show
I hear no motor in your flight
Although a blast that gives us fright
A flame appears below your sphere
Is there a fire, which we do fear?
The flame goes out and you do rise
Above the trees to our surprise
Suddenly dear bubbles you have gone
Without a wave, or even a song
Goodbye little bubble, against the blue
The sky’s so bare now you’ve gone through
We got the message from you chaps
I’ll write a poem or perhaps some raps.
This flew over my village yesterday evening and I had to capture it. Then this morning my title sent me into a poetic mode, so I put pen to paper or, as today it’s keyboard to screen.
I had a shock when I looked up Popular Insulation, they sponsor Bristol Rovers Football Club in various ways, Booooooo, keep away from my Forest Green Rovers, or Perhaps they are secretly spying on our players training.
Great poem….you did that just off your head….some talent!
