Many of you know that I have this nasty finger twitch every time I look at an online auction or an online sale.
Well it happened again and I bought this VERY large jug, over a foot tall, made by Doulton Lambeth in 1895. The artist was a young lady called Lizzie Daintree who became one of Doulton's leading designers.
I will add this to all my other Doulton items that my twitching finger have bought. (Well, that's my excuse for buying it)
