Hahahaa! This is the end of my project, silly. I'm so happy to be done with this project. Photo Booth pictures taken in a basement with low-light, isn't the best in photographic situations. I was too lazy to cart the laptop around. Well, it's a done deal. Enjoy!
Oh, and it's Valentine's Day! Happy Valentine's Day!
Wow. I wasn't expecting such a response. Thanks for looking. I am glad I'm done with it. My 1st 365 project, which is on Flickr, was more fun due to the ability to photograph anything and using any camera. I didn't feel as constrained. This one was okay, but not as much fun as the first project. My soul is in the third project, the one of my puppy Ozzy. Even though many pictures are repetitive in the Ozzy project, I adore him, and love seeing his growth. (Today he's not having a good day. His is limping on his left front leg. I think he hurt it running in the snow on the bike trail. I gave him half a baby aspirin.)
My next project, which will be posted weekly, but be a 365 daily project, will be just using a Leica M8.2 digital (and maybe a M9) camera with a 35mm lens on it (Translates to about 48mm with the 1.3 crop factor.) I have to prepare for this project though because it's a bit more cumbersome to use a rangefinder digital VS the easy D-SLR or point & shoot camera.
I did start a Leica blog, which everyone can see here:
congratulations! i bet it is such an awesome feeling to complete such an awesome project. i can't wait to look back on my completed project one day... :-)
Yay, Congratulations! I know that you feel this isn't your favorite project so far, but I think you were pretty creative with it. I think we all got a glimpse of your personality and interests. I have enjoyed seeing your photos, and what a bang to go out with! Super congratulations!
Thanks so much. I was looking for a toy gun through my nephew's toys, but no gun. That would have been funnier.
I appreciate the kind comments. I think my first project on Flickr is better, but it isn't all self-portrait. The original 365 project concept was to do self-portraits for a whole year. I kind of cheated with the first project. I'm glad I did it too. I will eventually make photo books of these projects. LOL!
Thanks for all of the compliments. I love this 365 Community! I'm glad I did the project. Wish I was less lazy, and brought the laptop with me places. I wonder if the project could continue? How long will the calendar go in this venue? LOL!
thanks for sharing lainey. i always enjoyed lookin at your stuf and getting to know you! know that you were a presence here that always made it better!
Thanks so much "day to day". That means a lot to me. Have you checked out my other project on here" i'm photographing my dog Ozzy for one year. I'm getting close to the end of that project as well. LOL!
Right now, I'm doing another project here, 365 days of my dog Ozzy. I have 2 albums. Check out my second album. I don't know that I'll start a self-portrait project again. It's too taxing.
Lainey I hope you still check this out.Collages are easy if you have PS right now there is a sale on this web site

I bought her collage/storyboards there is a set with square corners adn one with rounded corners.
You place photo's in the squares create a clipping mask and repeat until finished then resize the whole thing and there you have it. I need to get better at them but I try !
@bluesparc Okay. Take a bunch of pills, while drinking alcohol, take a hike in the mountains, bring a gun, jump off cliff while drunk and on pills, while shooting yourself. No living after that.
@bluesparc Frenchie dogs are sweet and funny. Some of them have issues with help, kind of like the English Bulldog. Mine had a knee problem due to genetics. Otherwise, he's wonderful. You should google the french bulldog. There are people waiting in line for this dog. no joke.
@Lainey1 I believe it, the prices the breeders are charging are incredible. I've had whippets for years and am used to dealing with breeders and their fees but the frenchies are really $$$ but I don't care I want one anyway. I just wanted to ask someone impartial about their temperaments. I'm getting ready for the vet bill. LOL.
I've owned a lot of dogs. I've had a Rottweiler, which was very obedient. I've had an Australian Cattle Dog which was sweet, but very crafty and sneaky. i've owned mutts which were nice. I've owned a Pug named Kramer who was funny and cute. Growing up we had German Shorthair Pointers. I've even had a Brussels Griffon. My favorite dog, I hate to say it, is my Frenchie "Ozzy". he is the absolute funniest and sweetest dog I've ever owned, even with his knew surgery. All of my dogs had wonderful personalities. He has the best attitude though, and is quite silly. He's like a Buddha comic.
@skelybulu I've done 3 projects. the Ozzy project is still going. I'm up to 595 days of Ozzy. I may add another album in here to show this. I have to wait until I settle in though.
