Contributed to the Aquathon Twitterthon that Kirstie Alley & Steve Woods were holding today for 24 hours. The money is for Play Pumps to be built in Africa for clean water supply. I even got to talk to Kirstie on the Skype phone, though it was hard due to a delayed echo of their voices. Plus, I was kind of nervous and blathering on. It was weird to talk to her. She asked me if my town was near Stafford Springs! Hahaha! She and her staff cheered to me for donating. How sweet. She made the Twitterthon fun, as did all of the other people involved including the people who tweeted me after they donated. I'd like to do it again.
