On this morning's dog walk, I was again thinking about b&w landscapes. This pond had a great, clear reflection of a snow-capped mountain (Canigou). I found a way to the pond edge so that the view and reflection would not be hidden by tree branches. It would have made a great shot, but unfortunately, my camera was at home. By the time I had finished the dog walk and returned, cloud had descended on Canigou, as it usually does after midday. The shot would not have been good in b&w, so better to wait for another opportunity. Needing a shot for the album anyway, I turned 90 degrees left, changed to a wide-angle lens and took this. So be warned, if we get another clear morning in the next few days, you will be seeing this pond again.
