just a picture of a glittering sunset through my car window after a hot summer rain on a hot humid day :) so happy the sun finally came out. Nature let my eyes feast on a rainbow ;D
I did get some pictures of the rainbow, well, part of the rainbow considerig it was too huge to even capture with my short lens lol but I liked this shot the best. I was pulled over on the side of my road just about to turn around to go back to my house after taking pictures of the rainbow, but as I sat there in my car, I noticed how pretty the sunset looked through the shimmering raindrops on my window. Even though the window was foggy and wet, the camera was still somehow able to focus on the sky as the drops of water created a neat bokeh effect across the image. :)
Not that this is important to any of you, but Sunny came over for most of the day and helped me clean, organize, and rearrange my room for 8 hours straight. She somehow managed to get me to get rid of half of the stuff in my room (I'm super sentimental... keep almost everything... lol) It was a lot of work but now my room is less cluttered. Its so refreshing. We rewarded ourselves with a midnigt run to Steak n Shake :D chowed down on some Western BBQ Steakburgers and Dark Hersheys Chocolate shakes. mmm. :)
and nowwww. its 4 in the morning. so I better get some sleep ;)
this is most definitely a late upload. 4 hours late. lol
Woooooooooooooonderful shot, Lauren. And... now I wish we had Steak and Shake here in Denver - Hershey's dark chocolate shake?!!! YUM! I think I heard that we're supposed to get one sometime soon. Hope hope hope...
