Although it was raining outside, I was determined to play with my wide angle lens which I don't use nearly enough. So before going to watch a movie, my husband drove me around to take some pictures so I could practice using my lens (which I find challenging). I think I probably looked pretty strange out in the pouring rain with my camera sticking out of a ziplock bag.
* I know uneven horizon lines are a no-no, but it was a bit of a hill and the fence looked strange when I tried to straighten it.
I just love this Lauren I like the yellow & the slope of the hill & the fence leading into the shot starting with the wire. The sky looks rainy & stormy - awesome
PS like the exposure
I like it and I didn't know that uneven horizon lines are a no-no. I say yes to uneven horizon lines if this shot is anything to go by. It wouldn't be the same if the field was perfectly straight. Is that a path in the field beyond the leaning fence?
yp, that is home :) I love how gorgeous it is where we live. i think we are SO lucky!! this is a great shot lauren, and i am glad you didnt straighten the photo bc i like seeing the little slope of a hill there. the yellow and the fence is wonderful :D
