I went into Nickerson State Park again today looking for a photo. It was so gray and cloudy, I didn't have much hope for a good shot. As I was leaving the park, a deer ran in front of my Jeep. She ran away before I could get a shot, but when I looked in the woods where she came from there were two more does. One stayed still long enough for a photo. Wish I had a better zoom, but I'm happy with the surprise catch.
That's funny about the travelling in 3's ...we have a trio that frequents our yard. Sometimes I don;t see them for several months and then we'll seen then a few times in a month. I hope that they come back soon. Awesome capture! Ours are soled grayish brown, Yours is cuter, :-)
How lucky are you? Good one. To your question - Rosella Jam is made from the fruit of a small bush called a rosella which belongs to the hibiscus family. You strip off the outer husk, soak the seed pod in hot water over night, pour this liquid over the husks and boil until soft and jelly by adding equal amount of sugar to the reduced pulp.
This is adorable!!! Fantastic capture :D
