The home of Samwise "Sam" Gamgee, from the movies, LOTR & The Hobbit.
This was from our trip to New Zealand late last year. I'm not a huge LOTR fan, but absolutely LOVED visiting Hobbiton in Matamata, on the North Island in NZ. This was one of my fav Hobbit Holes....the bright yellow door, the cute little picket fence, the washing line up top, just to name a few.
Absolutely worth a visit if you're ever in NZ, in fact I'd say it's a MUST.

FANTABULOUS! My daughter was speechless, than finally getting out "that's so cool". Sam Wise the Brave perfect house to capture, since he as the gardener. I'm so jealous but you took an amazing photo, this was an instant fav!
@dishaparekh176 Thank you! Perhaps one day you might be able to make the journey to NZ . ..it is an amazingly beautiful country with so much to see. No, people don't live in them, they were made for the movie set & are mostly just the front facade with only 2 or so that you can actually walk into - but even so, there is not much room inside!

Never seen any of the movies or read the books but this is such a pretty little scene with the roses and the colourful flowers, the beautiful greens of the foliage and even the little clothes hanging out on the line to dry. Just lovely, reminds me of a beautiful summers day.
