Birds on a wire

I have tried to capture birds sitting on the electric wires before, but they usually fly away as soon as I get close enough! But this morning on the way to work, I spotted these guys all sitting there, so I drove really slow, wound down the window & was able to snap them without getting out of the car...and yay, they didn't fly away! I've then played around with the image in PicMonkey with Edge sketch, giving it a kind of drawn/cartooney effect.
