aka Living room in modern terms.
I can imagine the memories this family would have made in this very snug little room. There were lots of family photos hanging around the room, and out of shot to the left at the back, up against the wall that was behind me, was a piano - so again, I imagine that it would have had lots of use for family entertainment.
