I had only planned on sunrise pictures and a few laps on the boardwalk with my bike but plans change. As I was biking I noticed something was going to be happening later. Asking I find that the first annual Water Walk Race will be happening in a few hours so of course I decide to stay and have some breakfast and wait for the 10am start. This is the start of the elite athlete race. Using paddle boards they fight their way out pass the break and go four times around large buoys that were placed way out in the ocean and then back in. Four miles of some real hard paddling. It was something to see.....
