My first thought was the same as Jane's. It must have been cold that day. This is a good image of the light on the water with some great shadows on the beach.

Gorgeous. We love to got to a beach and take pictures. But, we don't really like to hang out there, not fans of sand or surf, I guess. But, beautiful views!
