Our second view of the bridge was from below. We took a winding mostly one way road down the mountain. There were a few pull offs that had views with the last pull off ending at the bottom. There's a one lane bridge (Fayette Station Bridge) with walking paths on both sides. You can walk to the middle and get a great view of the bridge. This bridge is fairly high above the river and raftered and kayaks travel under it and the New River Gorge Bridge. We were in luck and watched as a group passed underneath us.
It looks like an entirely different bridge from this point of view! Fantastic that the kayakers went underneath you to be included in this amazing Composition
