Missing being with my husband for New Years but can't beat my sons patio for photo ops. Hoping everyone has another year filled with family, friends, good health and of course lots and lots of photos........

@lesip I would keep trying but my helper for sparklers just went to sleep. We have had loud pounding music that just drove away or stopped, not sure which. Grateful for that and it is freezing here and was not actually looking forward to being outside to take photos. Happy New Year to you too, Leslie. It was really nice to meet you and spend time with you too.
@darsphotos Darlene I just meant it will come in time . A lot of times I have to walk away and come back another day. The park ended up being a great place to watch the fireworks and the crowd was very well behaved. We all even counted down from 10 and the fireworks started.
@lesip I am glad to know I am the norm. Thank you for saying that. How nice that you were able to see fireworks and with others as well. Sounds like so much fun. I can see your photos in the corner and have to check them out.
