High Up The Mountain by lesip

High Up The Mountain

Took a drive to Sugarloaf mountain today. It's only about a 20 minute drive from the house. Not very much color there yet but a lot of trees losing their leaves. Wasn't a real hot summer here but not a lot of rain either, wonder if that will affect the color? Put my wide angle lens to try and capture the forest floor and tree tops. Makes an interesting photo with the distortion I think.
Very nice perspective. Lovely trees and capture.

I was wonderong how you got this effect! Great shot! I think the temperatures have more to do with color than the rain but I could be wrong.

An amazing shot. Love the angle, Leslie. We have a similar problem with lack of rain though had a good amount of hot weather. 90 degrees today and warming up. I am ready for rain and cooler temps.
