The Fly By

It was a wonderful day but I'm thankful the cooking, cleaning and entertaining are over. A lot of work for one meal. Lisa and Bill head back to Houston tomorrow. Boy that week flew by fast. We plan to meet up in Las Vegas in February for the guys birthdays.

What a great capture of this bird and love the turkey and what you wrote. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. It is a lot of work. It was just my husband and me but making (BBQ on charcoal) and cleaning up, turkey, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes and green beans is a lot to do. Loving the leftovers though and the soup. Glad you have leftovers too. That was my dinner tonight. FAV
