Had a wonderful Friday the 13th at the National Zoo. The crowds were not huge but larger than I expected. It's so nice the be out in the sunshine again after the cold weather and snow we have had. Rain is in the forecast for tomorrow so glad I got out today.
Such a great shot, Leslie. You captured this ape so well and inside this area shaded it nicely for you. Glad your weather is a lot better and you got out. Have a great weekend. 80 degrees here tomorrow. Going to do something for Dan's 60th, maybe take a short drive. FAV
The first thing I thought of was "sewer Tart" i can't believe @amandal didn't say something about it! Almost a sad expression on his/her face! Great shot though!
