Yes it's spring and the zoo was PACKED. Ten minutes later and Joe and I wouldn't have found parking. As it was it took us 35 minutes to get to the bottom parking lot. First time I've been there that bags and strollers were checked before you could enter. It was a wonderful day to be out in the fresh air and sunshine. Now to rest up for my 9:20 volleyball game tonight.
@anazad511 yep it was a madhouse .... Winters are so quite. Still waiting for the blossoms. Will probably make a trip down Saturday to look at the buds. Hope everything is going well for you and that Jeff is improving.
As soon as I saw this I knew it was going to be a favorite. My initial reaction was that it was in the wild as you have done such a great job of throwing the background out of focus. What really makes this shot is the lighting and the interaction between the two lions.
