Two plus miles up the mountain with my camera bag on my back and so out of shape. Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Funny conservation with two girls who were coming down as we were headed up.
Me- are we close?
Girl One - Yes
Me- (in my head) oh thank God !
Girl Two- hell no, but it's worth it once you make it to the top.
Me- smile turns into frown CRAP !!!! lol
Finally make it to the top probably close to an hour but remember UPHILL. It A was a great view from the top BUT for pictures I'm serious ly thinking sunrise not sunset. Just too much sun behind the town for any decent photos (my opinion). Left top after sunset and it didn't take long before my little flashlight had to come out. DARKNESS had fallen. Thanks Freddy (Andres) for the invite and the workout.

Now, it could be because I'm looking at this on my iPad, but the rocks on the right of the image...do they look like an undead gorilla monster coming out of the trees to anyone else?
okay, i can walk miles and miles, buf horizontal, not going up. i've long ago drawn the line on uphill climb even for photography. unless i'm being carried by a troop of eye candies. awesome view though, girlfriend. aces!
